FCA/Fiat Remote Support with Google Glass

We have deployed a Google Glass solution for remote support, in maintenance Area in FCA/Fiat facilities.

With this solution, maintenance employees can communicate with remote Sr level assistance, to get real time support utilizing First Person View and video transference. The remote assistant sees what the technician onsite sees, and provides the support. At the same time, the technician is able to work with his hands free, by using the Google Glass Enterprise wearables.
